How do you reset your boundary in Meta Quest?

  1. Press the Meta Icon on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.

  2. Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.

  3. Select Boundary.

  4. Select Stationary or Roomscale, then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your boundary.

  5. Make sure the floor level is at the actual floor.

Items are not properly attaching to me or there is a gap between the item and my avatar?

This is usually caused by the Meta boundary not being correct. Please ensure you 

  1. Press the Meta Icon on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.

I cannot see my friend in a Private Park?

This is usually caused by the Meta boundary not being correct. Please ensure you 

  1. Make sure both headsets are using Quest 2 or newer

  2. Update your headset OS

  3. Update your game

  4. Make sure you select the same code

  5. Make sure you select the same park


How do you link a Discord account for a special item?

Notice: Known issue Discord Account Linking may fail at times.

  1. Launch the game

  2. Click Link Discord and logon.

  3. Wait 3 hours and the item will be in your Locker


How do you write a review for a special item?

How do you clear your Meta Quest Game app data?

There are very rare occurrences where this action needs to be taken. This may need to be performed even after uninstalling the game.  Usually this action only needs to be performed if corruption has occurred on the headset from loss of power or a crash.

  1. On your Headset at the Meta Home Screen

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Then Storage

  4. Find Big Ballers VR on the list

  5. Click the icon "Clear App Data"

  6. All purchased items will be re-enable after game launch and sync to the Meta servers.
